RETURN PRODUCT ELIGIBILITY
We are happy to accept all eligible products for returns.
Altered packaging/product, worn, or damaged items are not eligible for return.
Eligible Products:
- Are in the same condition you received them (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no signs of wear, styling products or odor)
- Have all tags on them and are in their original packaging
- Item(s) are returned within 3 days of the order delivery date
Ineligible Products:
- The item lace was cut or damaged
- The item was wornm,washed or sprayed with hair styling products
- The item was damaged or the original status was changed
- Custom orders, Clearance items and Gift gallery items.
We can’t accept ineligible products and they will be returned to you at your cost.

Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned new, unused and complete.
Customized Products
For items with customization options, the item contains personal configuration or design on these products, we are not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
If there is an error in the configuration or design due to a mistake by us, you are allowed to return to goods and get your refund. All product packaging (such as boxes) must be returned with the item.
Mistaken returns
Please ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.
To protect our employees and customers, Rosspretty Hair disposes of incorrect/mistaken returns. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to Rosspretty Hair, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Rosspretty Hair cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to Rosspretty Hair.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations, you can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped, free of cost, custom order is excluded.
Once your order has been shipped and is on its way to you, it cannot be canceled. Please see our return policy on how to return your order.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We allow one free exchange on all eligible products within 3 days from the date the order is delivered. Please see our return policy above for eligible products criteria. If you want to exchange the order a second time, there is no restocking fee. If the exchange item(s) costs more than your first order, we will contact you to obtain the payment difference for the additional amount. Any exchange balance will be refunded onto your original payment method. You can cancel or change your order at any time before it has been shipped for free. Once it has been shipped and it is on its way to you it cannot be changed or canceled and will need to be returned.
HOW DO I RETURN?
1. Contact Rosspretty customer service: online service, online message, email or phone call.
2. We will confirm with you and please make sure that the product is eligible.
3. Return the product to the return address
4. Please offer the waybill number of the returning pack, and the refund will be arranged after we receive the product.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at rebecca@rosspretty.com.
